Rump Roast Recipe

> 4 lb. Rump Roast (room temp.) > 3 - Garlic Cloves > 1 - Onion > 1 Tablespoon - Salt > 1 Tablespoon - Pepper > 1 Cup - Water
** Note ** DO NOT USE A GLASS PAN FOR THIS RECIPE. 1. Pre-Heat the oven to 500 degrees. 2. Prep the roast by making 4-5 slits in the roast and filling the holes with salt, pepper and 1/2 of a clove of Garlic. 3. Now Salt and Pepper the rest of the roast. 4. Put the Roast in the oven and sear for 20 minutes. 5. Then add the water, the chopped onion and reduce the temperature to 275 degrees. 6. Cook for 20 minutes per lb. for a rare roast. Round Steak & Gravy

> 4 to 6 Slices - Round Steak > 2 Pouches - Onion Gravy > 2 Cups - Hot Water > 1 - Medium Yellow Onion, Sliced > 3 Cloves - Garlic, Peeled & Smashed > 2 Tablespoon - Butter
1. Use a skillet and 1 tbsp. butter to sear off both sides of your round steak. Cooking these on each side for 2 to 3 minutes. 2. In your Instant Pot, sauté the onions and garlic in 1 tbsp. of butter 3. Add the slices of meat to the pot. 4. Add the two pouches of the gravy to 2 C of hot water and dissolve. 6. Pour over the meat and onions. 7. Set your Instant Pot to the meat setting and cook on high pressure for 20 minutes. Release the steam and you are ready to serve.
